About this opportunity !

We are now looking for an SME Operation Assurance that will be responsible for the planning, coordination, management, and execution on Ericsson Charging System. The role focuses on executing design, audit and optimization of services, where you will be accountable for part of the solution and of the service process. Hereby, you should be able to keep time, performance and quality according to Ericsson requirements and customer contracts.

What you will do

Perform day to day operational activities of Charging systems and Handle Problem management, Incident Management
Able to work for third-party management and Perform Handover, UAT for new deployment
Work with Multiple domain and Provide stakeholder service/feedback on daily manner
Carry on call 24/7 and handle incident end to end

You will bring

Bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom, Electrical Engineering)
Demonstrated ability in Ericsson charging system or any Intelligent Network Platform
Charging and Billing, BSS domain expertise
Knowledge of Managed Service telecom operations practice
Experience sharing and collaboration skills
Proficient in spoken and written English
Delivering results & meeting customer expectations
Excellent problem analysis and solving skills
Crafting & innovating along with Applying expertise & technology
