The OCTO Research Office (ORO) Brazil team is a fast paced and exhilarating part of the Dell Technologies Office of the CTO. We drive research and innovation for the future of Dell Technologies in a high-visibility and high-collaboration environment. We work closely together with a worldwide team of senior technologists, data scientists, customer engagement specialists, and world class hardware/software engineers and architects. Our work involves keeping the pulse of technology, serving as an early-warning system for the whole company, and anticipating our customers’ future challenges by exploring the art of the possible.

What you’ll achieve

As a Project Management Advisor, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of initial plans, setting budgets, supervising project activities and communicating achievements to key stakeholders.

You will:

• Engage and influence global cross-functional teams

• Develop strategy that aligns different business units and scales globally

• Coordinate project documentation, development of success criteria, outcomes measurement, and successful handoff of projects through effective communication

• Use appropriate tools and techniques in order to monitor the progress of the project and changes to the scope and schedule.

• Identify and quantify variances and take any required corrective actions while communicating to all internal and external partners.

Essential Requirements

• Written and spoken English

• Experience with Research Development & Innovation projects

• Domain of Excel, Word, PowerPoint

• Ability to analyze projects and processes with experience in agile methodologiesScrum, Kanban and/or PMI certification

• Expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Low-Code/No-Code and/or Automation scripts in the Microsoft environment

Desirable Requirements

• Bachelors’ degree in Technology, Auditing, Consulting or Accounting

• Knowledge in Power BI
