SAP BTP Hub, the part of the SAP Adoption Services Centers is the trusted advisor for our customers to leverage SAP BTP in their transformation to become an Intelligent Enterprise. Jointly with our partner ecosystem, we drive expansion through accelerated adoption and consumption of the BTP.

The BTP Services Portfolio is one of the largest and most strategic and important portfolios within SAP CSS. In this role you will deal with one of the most important baskets in the BTP service portfolio, automation, and integration services. These services are helping our customers to deal with their integration and automation requirements, plan, implement, maintain and enhance all types of integrations using the power of SAP BTP services and solutions.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

Deliver SAP BTP integration and automation services and projects to the customers around the globe.
Provide technical product expertise, guidance, and instruction on SAP products.
Ability to aid team members in the development and implementation of technical solutions.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, work in a team environment, understand and be responsive to project and customer needs.
Ability to adapt and function effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment while working under deadlines pressure.
Build credible relationships with peers and clients, and continuous professional learning of SAP products.
Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge effectively.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

University Degree in: Computer Science, engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or similar.
Must be able to work both as a team player and independently and resolve problems constructively and systematically
Analytical, results-driven and have a solution-oriented approach.
Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills including verbal, written, presentation and listening.
Open to travel.
Fluent English, other languages is a plus.

DESIRABLE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Well experienced with the generic web development stack and standard web development technologies
Strong understanding of the BTP platform business values, technical architecture, and catalogue of services
Detailed knowledge and enterprise experience with individual capabilities of BTP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration, API Management, Integration Advisor, Open Connectors), Event Mesh, API Business Hub capabilities and standards like One Domain Model
Experience with at least some of the following technologies specific technologies: OData, REST, SOAP, IDoc, RFC, FTP/SFTP, JDBC, JMS, Kafka, AMQP, MQTT; CSV, XML, JSON, YAML; Java, XSL, Groovy/JS. The more you have the better you are.
Familiarity with platform services generally used for technical tasks, like Audit Log, HANA Cloud, Notifications, Cloud Foundry, CI/CD, SAP Business Application Studio, Transport Management, Connectivity
Some experience in automated interface testing.
Knowledge of the software development life cycle and/or DevOps
Familiar with Agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
Preferred certificate: C_CPI_14

WORK EXPERIENCE

5+ years of relevant work experience.
Prefer prior experience involving client/customer interaction or custom development.
