What you’ll do
By assisting the Business Development Team (CoE CX MEE) for their daily tasks, you will work with a team of Senior Experts to ensure consistent pipeline coverage and drive growth in specific areas. The ideal candidate will be open minded and flexible, and will execute on a well balanced approach considering the workload split between creating customer-facing sales material, getting connected with cross-functional teams for driving pipeline growth campaigns, and also administrative tasks. You will be asked to work on a variety of projects including:
- Support the creation of sales oriented, customer facing material
- Design and handover of sales campaigns together with Digital Business Hub colleagues for safeguarding up- & cross-sell pipeline by leveraging customer references or SAP partner ecosystem
- Support of local events (in-person, hybrid, digital) by creating compelling messages, agendas and target customer lists in a joint approach with CX marketing and industry advisors
- Develop interactive social media blog posts and microsites
- Collect and summarize content for internal sharepoints (CX Buffet, etc.) to leverage communication to SAP cross-functional departments
What you bring
- A student (f/m/d) of a university or university of applied sciences (FH) with a focus on Business Administration, International Sales Management and Technology, International Marketing, Computer Science and Communication or related subjects
- Languages: German fluent, English fluent
- Excellent communication and networking skills as well as the ability to work in a team
- hands-on attitude, be proactive in working, communicating, and collaborating across teams
- Creativity, motivation as well as ability to work in a structured and independent manner
- Ability to drive topics open-mindedly and focused on the end result
- Ability to turn complex issues into simple, understandable, and well-designed visuals
- Experience with MS Office products such as Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint and PowerPoint
- Knowledge and experience with transitions, compositing skills, animation, motion design, and or dynamic interaction is a plus
- Basic Knowledge of software sales and IT sales processes is a plus

SAP CX Business Development in MEE is chartered with bringing an end-to-end world-class customer experience at scale. We are a cross-functional team responsible for scaling organizational best practices and driving pipeline growth (R4Q) by leveraging multiple supporting functions (Marketing, Digital Hub, Global CX GTM, Product&Engineering, Partner organization, etc).
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
