Job Description

We are on the lookout for an adept Event Manager with 3-5 years of experience to lead and execute a broad spectrum of company events, including pivotal offline events and online initiatives like webinars featuring both internal and external speakers. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in collaborating with the Customer Success team to organize internal webinars aimed at enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction. This position demands a highly organized, creative, and results-driven professional who can manage complex projects within tight deadlines and budgets, ensuring each event aligns with our company's strategic goals and enhances our brand presence. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Comprehensive Event Planning and Execution: 

  • Spearhead the planning and execution of all company events, encompassing large offline gatherings, industry exhibitions, and a robust schedule of online events, such as webinars featuring internal and external speakers. 

  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to design and deliver engaging internal webinars that support customer engagement, education, and success initiatives. 

  • Coordinate with various departments to establish event objectives, messaging, and target audiences, ensuring cohesion with the company’s broader marketing and customer success strategies. 

Stakeholder and Speaker Management: 

  • Work in tandem with internal stakeholders, including the Customer Success team, to identify topics, speakers, and content that align with customer interests and business objectives. 

  • Cultivate relationships with external speakers, managing invitations, briefings, and logistical support to ensure a high-quality presentation and experience for all participants. 

Digital Event Coordination: 

  • Oversee the technical setup and execution of online events, including webinar platforms, to ensure a seamless experience for both presenters and attendees. 

  • Manage the creation and distribution of promotional materials and communications for webinars and other events, leveraging digital marketing tools and social media. 

Evaluation, Reporting, and Collaboration: 

  • Evaluate the success of webinars and other events in collaboration with the Customer Success and Marketing teams, using metrics such as attendee satisfaction, engagement levels, and contribution to customer success goals. 

  • Provide comprehensive reports on event outcomes, offering insights and recommendations for future improvements. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field. 

  • 3-5 years of solid experience in event management, with a proven track record of managing both offline and online events, including webinars with internal and external speakers. 

  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adept at working with internal teams and external partners to achieve event objectives. 

  • Familiarity with webinar platforms, digital marketing tools, and CRM software. 

  • Creative problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges. 

  • Willingness to travel as required for event planning and execution.
