Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a CXD ART & Project Manager. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of a customized SAFE Agile framework within our team. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for overseeing internal development projects, ensuring their timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing Customized SAFE Agile Framework:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand organizational goals and tailor the SAFE Agile framework to suit the specific needs of the team with the end goal of implementing a CXD ART
- Lead the implementation process, including training sessions, workshops, and coaching to ensure team members understand and adopt Agile principles and practices effectively.
- Customize Agile ceremonies, artifacts, and metrics to optimize team performance and delivery efficiency.
- Continuously evaluate and refine the implemented framework based on feedback and evolving organizational requirements.
- Running of the ART and Continuous Improvement:
- Act as a steward of the implemented SAFE Agile framework, ensuring its sustainability and effectiveness over time.
- Host implemented ceremonies as part of the CXD ART
- Provide ongoing guidance and support to team members to address challenges and optimize
- Project Management for Internal Development Projects:
- Serve as the project manager for prioritized internal development initiatives, from inception to delivery, ensuring projects are executed within scope, timeline, and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, allocate resources, and establish clear milestones and deliverables.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and shared ownership.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or impediments, and proactively implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement in project management practices.
- Collaborate with Program Managers of strategic programs we are involved to ensure smooth reporting of our development-related projects into the strategic programs
