What you'll do

 

As a working student in the global delivery unit, you will be instrumental to deliver ready-to-use content and best practices that help our customers accelerate time to value, and thereby speed up their transformation journey.

  • You will support the content delivery process regarding content creation and delivery of related assets and documentation, incl. stakeholder alignment and testing
    • Ensure timeliness and completeness of delivery items from stakeholder
    • Support onboarding of new content in alignment with stakeholder and review/test quality of developed content
    • Contribute to requirement and backlog definition (JIRA)
    • Test and ensure delivery of content for consumption in a qualitative manner 
    • Support creation of delivery related documentation

 

  • You will help drive continuous improvement of existing content according to content quality standards
  • Support transformation of existing process model elements into a new layout to meet recent requirements, while examining the content quality
  • You will support enablement activities with internal and external stakeholder
  • You will contribute to the creation of external stakeholder facing documents that support usage of Value Accelerators

 

What you bring

 

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Knowledge of Business Process Model and Notation 2.0 (BPMN 2.0) and Enterprise Architecture is mandatory
  • Experience in business process management (BPM) and hands on experience in SAP Signavio Process Manager or comparable modelling tools is preferred
  • Language skills: excellent verbal and written communication in English, German as a plus
  • Soft skills: team player, analytical thinking, can-do attitude, good presentation, communication, and networking skills
  • Experience in taking responsibility and making decisions, and ability to work independently
  • An enthusiastic, self-starter attitude, comfortable with aligning with all types of stakeholders
  • Ability to work in international, dynamic, virtual teams
  • Prior internship, working student, and/or professional experience is preferred

About VAD

The Value Accelerators Delivery team delivers value accelerators and content packages within the SAP Signavio Suite to our customers. Our team comprises business process domain experts, enterprise architects, and content and software developers to build the SAP Signavio Process Explorer that gives access to all relevant content within the SAP Signavio Suite. Our aim is to improve the time-to-value of our customer's business transformations.

Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
