With five core locations worldwide, Easygenerator is growing quickly and we believe that our success comes from our people. Due to this growth, we are looking for a Finance Manager to help us achieve our ambitious goals of expanding our presence in the global market.

As a Finance Manager at Easygenerator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial health and strategy of the organization. You will be responsible for managing financial operations, providing insightful financial analysis and ensuring the company's financial sustainability and compliance for our 4 entities across the Middle East and Europe. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment and contribute to the company's growth and success. The role would be a good match if you are looking for a hands-on company with the freedom to build our next level Finance department. 

As an Easygenerator Finance Manager you will be responsible for:

• Operations:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the finance department.

  • Manage relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and other external stakeholders.

• Financial Reporting:

  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders and investors.

  • Manage financial audits and regulatory compliance.

• Financial Planning and Analysis:

  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support key business decisions.

  • Monitor and report on financial performance against budgets and KPIs.

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute financial strategies.

• Cashflow Management:

  • Optimize cash flow to support daily operations and strategic initiatives.

  • Forecast and manage working capital to meet business needs.

  • Implement cost control measures and efficiency improvements.

• Risk Management:

  • Identify and assess financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Maintain a strong system of internal controls to safeguard company assets.

• Team Management:

  • Manage relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and other external stakeholders.

  • Lead and mentor a team of financial professionals, promoting their growth and development.

  • Foster a culture of accountability and high performance within the finance team.

Our ideal Finance Manager will have:

• Immediate Availability

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related field

• Professional certification such as CPA, CMA or CFA

• Proven experience (4+ years) in finance, with SaaS industry experience preferred

• Strong understanding of financial modelling, forecasting and budgeting

• Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel and Microsoft Business Central

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• High level of integrity and commitment to financial ethics

• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
