Job Overview:
We are looking for a Head of Global Partner Marketing Maturity to implement industry leading partner marketing optimization and multi-level partner value messaging frameworks, establish net new mechanisms ensuring success of the organization, and implement insights-driven digital partner demand.
In this role you will apply discipline to the operating model that algins corporate go-to-market strategy and growth goals, addressing partner and customer messaging along the maturity journey. You will integrate strategy directly with leaders of marketing to ensure the scalability of the partner program at SAP, modernizing the processes that are the foundation of partner marketing growth across sales, CMSO and corporate initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- MESSAGING - Lead partner-first messaging transformation by implementing excellence in audience and buyer joint partner value propositions that are amplified across Tier 1 Partner, Industry and Proprietary events and on SAP digital pages.
- INCENTIVES - Optimize partner investment BDF program, increasing utilization, reporting, and processing of the funding across all partner types.
- INSIGHTS – Ensure the success of partner marketing activations by reflecting customer insights across the purchasing and renewal cycle.
- DIGITAL DEMAND – Create a system for optimized multi-region ecosystem success by utilizing a deep understanding of full-funnel partner marketing and targeted segmentation across all partner routes.
- EVANGELISM – Establish internal partner messaging evangelism with our sales and marketing teams, ensuring partner advocacy along the partner customer journey.
Qualifications
- College degree (MBA/Masters preferred) 10+ years of relevant work experience in B2B marketing or business planning.
- Prior experience in Management Consulting is preferred.
- Strong understanding and experience in online/digital marketing tactics.
- An owner personality. You’re biased toward action and can work to corral cross functional teams toward your goal.
- A growth hacker who has experience building plans which accelerate business outcomes with new methods.
- Strong time and project management skills with proven track record of successfully running multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communications, writing and presentation skills, as well as having demonstrated analytical abilities.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 141,800 - 323,900 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
