Job Title: Solution Advisor Associate
Location: Newtown Square, PA
Purpose and Objective:
SAP America, Inc. seeks a Solution Advisor Associate at our Newtown Square, PA location responsible for understanding, analyzing, and distributing information critical to the success of the organization, and developing and executing processes to ensure the timely completion of recurring tasks.
Expectations and Tasks:
Drive efficient processes, repeatable practices, and provide supporting assets toward a smooth end-to-end execution of key initiatives. Build and design creative dashboards for sales teams and Senior Leadership, collaborating internally within the NA COE and Demand Management team and externally with key stakeholders. Leverage existing data and reporting to analyze trends and provide input and recommendations that will help improve sales efficiency, forecasting and performance metrics. Work cross functionally to develop new tools and/or processes to increase the field’s productivity, communication, or reporting capabilities. Define and develop standard reports, as well as ad-hoc requests leveraging efficient best practices. Adhere to project standards, provide progress status on completed tasks and outstanding issues, and produce quality work in a timely manner. Collaborate with Demand Management Team, COE Leads, and other business partners to understand and document key business processes and drive efficiencies with primary focus on Key Initiatives. Analyze business requirements and work cross-functionally to develop solutions, recommendations, requirements, and related business processes documentation. Assess post Key Initiative performance to understand adoption/ utilization improvements and best practices and communicate findings to drive the appropriate change. Keep stakeholders informed of progress, deliverables, risks, and issues.
Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field of study and 1 year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. The Company will also accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Analytics or a related field of study.
Work Experience:
Position requires prior experience, internship or academic coursework to include each of the following:
- Build and design creative dashboards, including HANA Models and Business Warehouse, for sales teams;
- Analyze data trends and provide recommendations to improve sales efficiency, forecasting, and performance metrics;
- Develop tools and processes to increase productivity, communication, and reporting capabilities;
- Define and develop standard analysis reports, including Pipeline, Pipeline Performance, Sales Performance, Market Unit, Customer Intent, and Outreach Productivity;
- Design, develop, and launch SAC dashboards; and
- Perform data analytics, modeling, and data visualization using S/4 HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud.
Travel: N/A. Telecommuting permitted. Position must be based within the continental U.S.

Compensation Range Transparency: The annual base salary range for this position is $82,950 - $86,955. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $92,000 - $156,300. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
