Job Description

The opportunity
The Head of Talent Acquisition plays a crucial role within Easygenerator’s Talent Acquisition team, overseeing all recruitment activities, leading a team of 6 recruiters, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and implementing innovative strategies to attract high-calibre candidates across several regions. You will gain experience interacting with high-level executives and key decision-makers in a variety of industries and across a broad geographical area. The preferred start date for this role is May 1, 2024.

As the Head of Talent Acquisition at Easygenerator, you will be responsible for:

  • Talent acquisition strategies: Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans
  • Leading the talent acquisition team: Lead and mentor a team of recruitment specialists, providing guidance and support to drive high-performance outcomes
  • Stakeholder management: Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans for each department
  • Full-cycle recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding
  • Data analysis: Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, leveraging data and metrics to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaboration with recruitment agencies: Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality services
  • Applying industry trends and best practices: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement

Qualifications

Our ideal Head of Talent Acquisition will have:

  • A bachelor’s degree (in human resources, business or a related field) or higher
  • 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on full-cycle recruitment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills: you can take the lead in a conversation, but you also know when it’s time to listen
  • Experience working with targets and KPIs and stakeholder management
  • You take initiative, multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • High energy and positive attitude
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Steps in the interview process:

  1. Interview with a recruiter
  2. Interview with one of the members of the management team
  3. Roleplay assessment
  4. A final interview with Joop (our boardroom advisor)

The interview process typically takes 2-3 weeks to complete.
