Our Sales Operations Business Associates / Specialists are tasked to complete RFx documents (submitted to our team by Global Presales) using a database of standardized responses of Q&A related to product functionality and technical & security topics.
This role requires high proficiency in written and oral English, a methodical mindset with an eagerness to follow best practices and enthusiasm about continuous learning. You will be part of an energetic team and be working in a high pace environment adhering specific deadlines following our internal procedures.
What you'll do
- You will learn about all our supported solutions and get to know the different line of businesses that we currently support.
- You will work on answering RFx questions of various complexity in a high-volume, deadline driven environment to support Presales on revenue-generating client opportunities.
- You will work in our intuitive and user-friendly answer library of Q&A conducting keyword searches to find the closest possible standardized answers to RFx questions.
- You will liaise with our internal customers and the different stakeholders involved with the RFx submitted to always ensure alignment on deadlines and expectations.
- You will proactively report discrepancies regarding our database content to the administrators responsible for content maintenance.
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.

- Familiarity with deadlines and having excellent time management skills.
- High level of ownership, responsibility, motivation, and drive.
- High level of written and oral communication skills in English.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in general.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word.
- Existing knowledge of HR, Sourcing & Procurement, Finance or Digital Supply Chain SAP products would be an advantage.
- Experience with finance topics in general would be a big plus.

The Global RFP Centre of Excellence is a team of young professionals, who are driven and passionate about supporting our internal customers and enabling the scalability of the various Presales teams we collaborate with daily. We currently have hubs located in Manila, Budapest, Buenos Aires, but we also have several team members in other locations around the globe. We have a very supportive community, and we would love to have like-minded individuals joining our team!
