This is a hybrid role based out of Alpharetta, GA.
We are looking for a Senior Executive IT Support Specialist to join our global team! The Global Executive Board Support team is exclusively dedicated to supporting the Executive Board and their teams. As a member of our team, you will:
- Provide the best and fastest possible support to exposed personalities (such as board members)
- Be proactive and build partnerships with Executive Assistants to help manage the expectations of the Executive Board Member.
- Understanding of urgency and the escalation of issues quickly when appropriate.
- Coordinate tasks between 2nd and 3rd level support as an IT expert in resolving complex technical issues, supporting both macOS and Windows.
- Coordinate with other technical teams and Information Security teams to assure the delivery of technical solutions based on industry trends that would increase efficiency and/or effectiveness of the executive team.
- Share best practices with team members to contribute and enhance quality and efficiency of internal customer support
- Setup and support mobile devices including both Android and iPhone.
- Provide Audio/Video conference support (Zoom, Teams, etc.) for onsite/offsite presentations, events, and meetings.
- Contribute to various forms of documentation (Processes, Policies, Training Materials, Quick Reference Guides, Knowledge base articles).
- Potentially travel internationally and domestically to provide Executive support on occasion.
Role Requirements:
- Comprehensive operational knowledge of all major technology areas comprising of macOS and Microsoft Software, as well as of mobile applications.
- Experience troubleshooting both Mac OS & Windows
- Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Experience with client-side troubleshooting of network infrastructure and services with the suite of TCP/IP, IP routing, NAT, firewalls
- Solid knowledge on One Drive, Share Point etc.
- Effective time management / ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work without supervision and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Experience in working with cross-cultural teams or individuals.
- Be open-minded and confidence enough to act on different hierarchy levels.
- Demonstrates concern for meeting and exceeding immediate and future needs of customers
- Able to work under extreme pressure, critical situations, and extremely tight deadlines
- Continuous learning - Demonstrates ongoing drive to continuously expand one’s own professional capabilities to fuel the continued/ongoing growth and success of SAP.
- Demonstrates a good understanding of customers’ business issues and provides business solutions
- Ensure conformance to organization’s IT security policies, processes and guidelines.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $105,900 - $220,900 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
