The Recruiter will be responsible for will be responsible for leading the college recruiting function within all lines of business (cloud architecture and engineering, NS2 Labs, finance, sales, marketing, product development, cyber security, support, go-to-market, business analyst/operations, legal, and IT) with particular emphasis on client management and developing a strategic, proactive approach to building their talent community. Will also be responsible for full-time hires outside of the intern hiring season.
Essential duties include, but are not limited to:
• Responsible for a req load of active requisitions
• Consults with hiring managers, crafts detailed and compelling job descriptions, determines effective screening questions, and posts requisitions
• Manages career-related content on social channels, responding to online reviews, and nurturing and maintaining online employment branding presence
• Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company.
• Sources talent by using the ATS, job boards, postings, referrals, and attending virtual college events and deepen relationships with Minority Serving Institutions.
• Screens talent to ensure candidates are qualified, cultural adds, and fully vetted for their interest in the role; ensure no candidate is left without communication.
• Submits candidates to hiring manager and schedules interviews, assists hiring teams in decision process. Challenge assumptions or bias in the recruiting process and guide managers to the market best practices.
• Negotiates, prepares, and extends offer materials, and follows up to ensure success in closing candidates
• Attends/conducts meetings with hiring managers
• Assist with compiling information for reports, forecasting, and budget reviews as needed; assist with HR/Recruiting projects
- Has strong understanding and relationships with HR peers e.g. HR Business Partners, Recruiting Operations, Data Management Team, Onboarding and Total Rewards
- Ensure the candidate and customer experience is seamless
Minimum Qualifications:
• 3-5+ years of college and/or technical recruiting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field preferred, a combination of equivalent work and life experience will be accepted in lieu of degree
• Skilled in offer negotiation, awareness of pertinent employment legislation and employment market trends
• Strong communication skills, confident and capable of respectfully pushing back with hiring managers when needed
• Resourceful researcher, expert Boolean searcher, takes an active posture to find passive candidates

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role. The targeted range for this position is 68,200 - 149300(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidates will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. SAP offers limited benefits for employees hired into hourly or like roles subject to appliable plan/policy terms.
