What you’ll do:
You will be responsible for driving and executing North America specific Digital Hub initiatives end to end. The goal is to develop & implement a best-in-class Digital Hub framework for North America. The role will report to the SVP of the Digital Hub NA. You will work closely with the SVP and key stakeholders of the NA Digital Hub Leadership team and extended stakeholders throughout the NA organization.
This position is required to be in office full time in our Alpharetta, GA location.
Responsibilities include:
- Conceptualizing and executing a NA Digital Hub framework, e.g. Sales Development Engine, Demand Management Engine, Large Enterprise Sales Development Framework, Solution Advisory Integration & Execution Framework
- Strategically aligning, steering, and transforming the Digital Hub by driving NA initiatives, e.g. like the above ‘Engines and Frameworks’
- Successfully coordinating and managing strategic projects while supporting the SVP of the NA Digital Hub in the day-to-day business activities and stakeholder engagement.
- Partnering with the experts in NA and Globally.
- Preparing, executing and following up on strategic meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Managing key deliverables and urgent requirements.
What you bring:
The successful candidate for the Project Management Expert role will bring the following experience and attributes:
- Previous sales experience required – a strong understanding of pipeline creation to deal execution experience is needed for this role.
- Minimum of 8 years combined project management and sales experience.
- Project Management Experience – proven strategic project management expertise with the ability to prioritize and simplify. Passionate team-player, building networks across organizations and hierarchies. Strategic thinking, along with strong execution capabilities and can-do attitude.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and drive them to completion; ability to think independently and bring new ideas to the table; think outside of the box.
- Executive presence and communication skills, including the ability to influence others through matrix lines and collaborate across virtual teams to drive and influence shared goals. Strong C-level presence.
- Willingness to challenge complexity, think cross-boundaries and communicate proactively with key internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility to manage multiple projects, activities and tasks with deadline pressures, ambiguity, and change.
- Experience in dealing with the unplanned and organizing in ambiguity. Ability to thrive and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Trusted advisor: maintain highest levels of confidentiality and discretion.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 184,000-390,200 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
