What you'll do
- As a working student in Sales Operations (SalesOps) you will get deep insights into the sales process (“lead to closure”) at SAP and how all GoToMarket teams collaborate in various stages of a deal
- As a team player you will contribute to the success and performance of our global SAP Signavio SalesOps team with 8 team members across the globe
- You´ll gain experience in deal desk, sales enablement, sales campaigns, SaaS metrics, product trial models, compensation, and many other topics
- You will own small sub-processes in an early stage of the deal and be fully responsible as the go-to-contact for Salespeople and other stakeholders
- You´ll be part of the 1st level support for the GoToMarket team in regards of technical and commercial questions in our CRM system (Harmony)
- Ensure the data quality in CRM by constantly monitoring the existing and recently created records (deals, contracts)
- You will support the team with adhoc reportings (mainly in Excel) and with creation of Powerpoint slides
- You´ll manage your time fully flexible (ideally a few hours daily)
What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Economics or similar
- Computer skills: Advanced in Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Sharepoint
- Language skills:fluent in English and German
- Soft skills: Team player with excellent skills in communication, interest in familiarizing yourself with complex corporate topics
- Others: Work experience in a SaaS company is preferable

The COO team is responsible for the end-to-end operations of SAP's fastest growing business unit: SAP Signavio. Signavio helps customers achieve better outcomes by delivering actionable performance insights and unlocking tangible business process change.
Within this unit the SAP Signavio SalesOps team acts and supports with 8 team members across the globe.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
