What you'll do
As a design intern, your main focus will be on ensuring an excellent user experience for SAP Landscape Orchestration products and services. You will be responsible for working on technical scenarios and requirements, and transforming them into simple, intuitive, and visually appealing user experiences.
Throughout the product lifecycle, you will collaborate closely with a talented team of developers, product managers, and fellow designers to deliver a user experience that meets the highest standards. By following SAP Design principles and incorporating established and emerging interaction design principles, you will play a role in shaping the future direction of the product.
During your internship, you will have the opportunity to become familiar with SAP UI5 Technology and SAP Fiori Design system. Additionally, you will gain insights and hands-on experience in the SCRUM methodology, as well as professional Agile development and UX design processes.
What you bring
We are looking for a passionate UX designer to join us and shape the future user experience for our products and services. Some of the key competencies that will make you successful in this role include:
- Student of design (Web design, media design, visual design) as a major, or can prove corresponding practical experiences (currently enrolled in accredited university).
- At least 2 years of a design major subject, or corresponding practical experience.
- Experience in practical usage with design tools, such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Axure, Sketch, or similar.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Experience in IT / informatics / computer science, either as minor subject, or have a competent experience in the Web-design is considered as a plus.
- The candidate must provide portfolio of her/his work.
