Key responsibility is the coordination and resolution of complex HR cases from an end-to-end perspective while closely collaborating with other HR functions. Ensures that services requested by middle management, which require alignment and coordinated execution across multiple HR services are being resolved quickly and efficiently. Given the complex nature of these service requests, the resolution may require extensive information gathering from other HR service areas, analysis, investigation, and further consulting with business (first- and midlevel) manager to ensure service quality.
The HR Business Partner will provide HR support to a business unit(s).
- Works closely with leadership and staff of assigned business unit to define and execute HR strategies that enable accomplishment of business objectives. Engages with assigned LOB to gain full understanding of business drivers, strategy and HR requirements for each client manager and communicate these requirements to HR functional colleagues to ensure targeted solutions.
- Responsible for defining and executing required strategic HR solutions.
- Identifies current and future business needs and transfer to appropriate HR plan.
- Complete training to achieve multiple Success Factor modules certifications in order to perform due diligence, management coaching and internal systems maintenance.
- Addresses employee relations issues by investigating, and/or providing HR policy interpretation and recommendations to management as appropriate.
- Manages HR process rollout for assigned business units.
- Define, support and execute internal professional development, upskilling and training
Qualifications:
- 6+ Years’ experience in HR
- University Degree relating to business, HR, etc. (Bachelor, Master) or applicable years of experience.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $99,000-216,000 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
