Our Product Operations team plays a crucial role in shaping a product's trajectory, making critical decisions that impact usability, scalability, and growth. Product Operations function helps product teams operate as effectively as possible. If you are passionate about technology and are excited about working on cutting-edge communication and engagement solutions, we want you on our team.
As a Product Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for building a foundation of excellence through metrics, business processes, best practices, budgeting, and reporting. The role optimizes the intersection of product, engineering, and customer success. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to ensure that our products meet and exceed customer expectations.
Help us shape the future of communication by:
Working closely within Design, Engineering, Product, Commercial and Marketing teams to truly understand the customer needs.
Defining the expected business & customer impact for new launches & product changes and recommend improvements.
Synthesizing research findings from other primary and passive data sources (including market research, site analytics, Voice of Customer feedback, A/B test output, secondary research, sales data and customer support insights) into meaningful and actionable recommendations
Designing and leading Product enablement program for field teams
Designing and leading regular reporting and business review processes with Product leaders to ensure we all understand how and where our product is delivering the impact we aspire to; and structure/identify the critical business questions we need to address
Helping our Product leaders articulate and communicate (in written and visual form) key concepts and components of our broader product strategy
Providing input on new areas of growth for our product offering while aligning marketing and product strategy
Detecting key areas of growth and building strategies and initiatives (jointly with local team and HQ) to exploit these opportunities as well as remove potential blockers
Monitoring and regularly reporting about pipeline creation, velocity and conversion and help in removing roadblocks by partnering with HQ and Regional roles
Working with marketing to capitalize product wins and creating social proof and positive noise
What you’ll bring:
Proven track record of at least 3 years in a similar role (Product Management, Delivery Office, Product Marketing)
Strong analytical skills: Ability to gather and analyze data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve the customer experience.
Excellent communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, present ideas, and influence stakeholders.
User-centric mindset: Passion for understanding user needs and creating customer-centric solutions. Experience with user research methodologies and UX/UI best practices is a plus.
Technical knowledge: Familiarity with software development processes and technologies, allowing effective collaboration with engineering teams.
Results-driven: Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality products that meet customer expectations.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Software, or a related discipline or the equivalent.
Experience in supporting the sales process with product knowledge.
A strong understanding of the Cpaas and/or SaaS landscape is an advantage.
