PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
SAP Enterprise Cloud Services is responsible for support of SAP Private Cloud Service offerings and delivery as it relates to customer engagements and sales/delivery stakeholder alignment. This includes successful management and delivery of strategic Large Enterprise (LE) customers globally leveraging the ECS EPS (Enhanced Delivery Services) model . SAP’s ECS solutions cover the business needs of CIOs and other senior business and IT executives at our customers. We are looking for an experienced senior level employee with a background in project/program management with experience to engage with our customers’ leadership and internal delivery stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of SAP’s ECS portfolio of solutions specifically for LE accounts. SAP’s portfolio of solutions for the Cloud Line of Business covers all of Enterprise Cloud Service’s offerings and solution portfolio.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS :
- Primary point of contact with responsibility for helping work with the customer to understand project planning across the ECS contracts
- Help to consult the customer on timelines, critical path and deliverables as aligned with our ECS process and committed delivery dates.
- Align and document with the customer for any changes in requirements that impact the project plan. Help ECS with a ‘gap analysis’ to know how those changes impact ECS build phases and delivery of systems.
- Be the primary driver for using AGILE methodology for our delivery team across multiple stakeholders. Including managing sprints, updates and process improvement.
- Work with delivery stakeholders to leverage sprints to evaluate continuous improvement opportunities
- Ensure successful alignment with the deliver team and customer as it relates to project/program management and execution.
Work Experience, Skills & Competencies
- Professional experience with large, multi-national software/IT organizations and with a demonstrated expertise in SAP Cloud, SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA.
- 5+ years of prior relevant solutions/LoB experience in presales or consulting or working directly at a customer and supporting SAP environments, especially with solving complex delivery planning and execution
- Working knowledge of cloud as aligned with SAP ECS products and services
- Working knowledge of cloud, hosted or managed services and SaaS/ PaaS models, cloud -based commerce/ business network
- Strong background in project management for large, complex delivery engagements
- Strong customer facing experience at senior levels - Strong presentation skills
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION
MBA or equivalent degree from accredited university preferred.
Fluency in English and Korean
PMP or relevant project management certification preferred
