What you'll do:
As an apprentice within the sales organization at SAP, you will be tasked with:
Sales Support:
-
Assist sales teams in managing customer accounts.

Contribute to the development of commercial offers in collaboration with sales managers.

Ensure the management of renewals of On-Premise maintenance contracts in the Public sector.

Ensure order taking for On Premise products, particularly upsells on BI Business Objects products.
Market Analysis:
Customer Relationship Management:
Partner Relationship

Manage commercial relations for BI On Premise partners.

Monitor partner payments to unblock accounts and thus allow new orders.

Handle the management of invoicing for partner contracts.
Training and Development:

Attend internal training sessions provided by SAP to enhance skills in sales and customer relations.

Participate in the organization of SAP and partner events: trade shows, etc.
What you'll bring:

Currently enrolled in Master studies with an ongoing apprenticeship.

Fluent in both French and English, both spoken and written.

Strong interest in the sales domain and customer relations.

Good understanding of software and technology solutions, preferably in the information technology sector.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Dynamic, autonomous, and motivated by continuous learning.

Meet you team:
You will be part of the General Business team in Levallois-Perret, this team is dedicated to mid-sized companies (less than 1 billion turnover for existing customers) and Net New Name accounts (non-SAP ERP customers)
The team also works in close collaboration with an ecosystem of Partners (representing 80% of our activity).
Additionally, this team works with an expanded team of channel partners, pre-sales, experts, and industry organizations (all dedicated to different products within the ERP scope)
Our marketplace is also integrated with the digital sales team based in Barcelona. The mid-sized companies are divided between major accounts in Levallois and volume accounts in Barcelona. All are under the responsibility of the general Business head based in Levallois.
