Role Description
Our team, Local HR Services, provides HR services and operations to our employees. By combining local labor knowledge and deep process understanding, we are supporting an efficient and compliant HR service delivery. Local HR Services team is responsible to resolve employee requests, consult employees and carry out operational HR administration across whole employee life cycle including benefits administration, organizational change management and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support Benefits Administration
2. Support daily operations and manage service transfer requests
3. Prepare HR reports
4. Accurate data handling.
5. Maintenance of employee files, Optical archiving, scanning and other admin duties.
6. Other ad hoc HR activities
Education and qualifications / Skills and competencies
- Professional communication skills; both written and verbal English
- Ability to plan and organize
- Ability to manage transfer of services
- Ability to work with confidential information
- Attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines, self-driven attitude
- Customer oriented
- Ability to work in international teams where team members are in different locations and belong to different cultures
- Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Work experience
- Customer Service experience an advantage.

- Full-time (100%) employment
- 6 months limited contract
