What You'll Do
- You will be responsible for the vendor management in support to various IT delivery teams
- You will be taking care of sourcing and on-/offboarding of IT resources
- Financial planning and data maintenance belong to your daily tasks
- Monitoring the financial aspects of vendor management, including timesheets, payments and internal bookings
- Preparing various business analysis to support management decision
- Monitoring compliance aspects and risk management
What you Bring
The perfect candidate will bring the following to our team:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Operations
- Very good knowledge in one of the following (or equivalents): MS Excel, data management tools
- Experience with SAP Fieldglass
- You love working with raw data and you are creative in ways to analyze it
- Good understanding of finance and controlling
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines
- Team-player, able to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve common goal
Additional skills
- Proficiency in English
- Experience with any tools for data visualization
- Love for numbers and raw data
- You know how to apply various economic analysis to support management decision
