What you will do
As an Early Career Talent, you will participate in the general administration of the finance and controlling function. This may include activities such as auditing commissions, payroll, and travel costs; purchase order management and forecasting of all related expenses. Also you will be responsible of P&L analysis, control and reporting. You will support the budget process in close collaboration with other areas. These roles may complete transactions within a specialized controlling area in regional and global level and may interact with the F&A Community, HHRR, GPO and GCO Sales to achieve desired results.
Very important in this role is interaction and communication with other team members and managers in an international environment, and set up good relationship with internal stakeholders as Operations team, Collections, CFO, Taxes, Billing and other experts across the region. It is require advanced communication and language skill.

Location: Bogota, Colombia
Type of contract: Temporary
Duration: 6 months up to 24 months
Expectations:
- Handle escalations on open invoices
- Working together with collection team in order to recognize the financial impacts in P&L
- Perform monitoring and collection of receivables
- Manage open items incl. overdue receivables
- Investigate billing discrepancies and respond to external queries
- Business administration
- Support ad-hoc queries and contributes to projects
- Contact for external and internal auditors
- Fulfillment of pre-set targets
What you bring
Education:
- Recent University graduate. Associates or Bachelor's Degree
- Prefer schooling have an emphasis in business administration, Finance and/or equivalent
Requirements and Experience:
- Maximum of 2 years of experience in business administration, Finance, controlling and/or equivalent
- Advanced MS Office skills: Excel
Preferred or Nice to Have:
- Excellent "Customer Focus" approach
- Independent communication and negotiation with client
- Communication skills (verbally and written)
- Ability to work under pressure
