As a Routing and Quality Analyst, youwillhelpthecompanytolevelupthedelivery performanceofourSMSoperationbydrivingthecostvs.qualityinitiatives.Youwillcollaboratewith internalandexternalstakeholdersonnewpotentialdealsandexecuteroutingstrategiestomaximizethe profitabilityoftheCompany.Youwillberesponsiblefordevelopingnewopportunities,identifying/solving potentialexistingmargingapsandqualityissues,andmonitoringourSMStraffictodeliverthehighest performancetoourcustomers.

- Performinganalysisandtroubleshootingofsuccessratio,deliveryrates,deliverydelays,andquality ingeneralthroughoutalarms,scheduledtesting,andlivetrafficmonitoringthroughanalytical toolstomaximizeperformanceandstrengthentherelationshipwithourcustomers’network.
- CreatingandmaintainingNetwork/RoutingProfileswithprimaryandbackuproutesforalldestinations toensureserviceavailabilityandoptimizecostandquality.
- Troubleshooting,analyzing,andresolvingincidents&tierIIticketswithintheestablishedSLAand managingescalationswithourserviceproviders.
- Troubleshootingnetworkandapplicationissuesthroughwiresharkandothertools.
- AdministratingthecompanySMStestingtools,conductingmanualandscheduledtestingonaregular basistocategorizenewandexistingroutes,andupdatingtheroutingbasedontheresultsto guaranteeserviceavailability.
- Collectingpricingupdatesfrominternationalsuppliersanduploadingthemintooursystemforaccuracy inaccounting.
- Handlingtechnicalconversationswithnewandexistinginternationalserviceproviders&operators inkeydestinationsandleaddiscussionsrelatedtoquality,capacity,routefeatures,andcoverage.
- Collectingandanalyzingnumberingplanupdatesanduploadingthemintooursystemonaregularbasis toimproveourSMSdeliveryaccuracy.
- Identifyingopportunitiesformargingrowthandleadingconversationswithcross-functionalteamsto obtaincompetitivepricing&quality.
- Identifyinggapsand/orissuesintheroutinglifecycleanddrivingtheconversationswithinternalteams (product&engineering)onthepermanentsolutionsandenhancements.
- Leadingandowninginitiativesfocusedonenhancingthemonitoringandqualitymeasurementsystems andtoolsincludingbutnotlimitedtoadminnewandexistingtoolssuchasGrafana,Kibana,and Tableau.
- Performingaclean-upoftheroutingrulesonaregularbasistoeliminateanypossibleduplications orrulesthatarenotinuse.
What you will bring:
- Hands-on 3+yearsofexperienceintheSMSA2Pindustryandanin-depthunderstandingoftheSMS NOC/routingduties.
- ProvenexperienceworkinginSMSRoutingorSMSNOCpositions.
- DeepknowledgeandunderstandingoftheSMSprotocolsandSMSroutetypesandfeatures.
- ComfortablemanipulatingandanalyzinglargedatasetsthroughMicrosoftExcel,GoogleSheets, and/orotheranalyticaltools.
- Abasicunderstandingofnumberportabilityandmanagementofnumberingplansworldwideisa plus.
- ExperiencewithusingpipelinetoolslikeJIRA,Confluence,andFreshdesk.
- ExperiencewithusingSMSTestingtoolssuchasTelQ,Testelium,Texter,etc.andreportingtools suchasKibanaandTableauareaplus.
- Highanalyticalandproblem-solvingmindset.
- Abilitytomulti-task,andtakeownershipofinterrelatedprojects.
- Self-motivatedpersonandabletoworkwithminimalsupervision.
- Bachelor’sdegreeinIT,electronicengineering,orsimilardiscipline.
- StrongverbalandwrittencommunicationskillsintheEnglishlanguage.
