Join our dynamic team! We as Core Finance IT Solutions are a forward-thinking team committed to embracing agility, innovation, and continuous improvement. As we navigate the ever-evolving landscape of our industry, we are seeking an experienced Agile Coach with expertise in Kanban for creative knowledge work to join us on this exciting journey.
You will be part of the Intercompany product team, who acts with enthusiasm, personal commitment, and an agile mindset to create business value by providing innovative, cloud-ready enterprise applications and solutions to our stakeholders.
What you bring
As an Agile Coach, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational agility and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Lead and guide the organization through the agile transformation process, promoting agile values, principles, and practices.
- Apply your expertise in Kanban, to continue the evolutionary journey towards an improved flow of work and enhanced team productivity.
- Provide direct coaching to teams, individuals, and leadership, ensuring effective implementation of Agile and especially Kanban practices.
- Facilitate various events, including but not limited to replenishments, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster collaboration and open communication within and between teams, breaking down silos and promoting a culture of transparency.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach with a track record of successful agile transformations.
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience as a Coach for Kanban Teams.
- Strong understanding of agile principles, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Ability to spot improvement potential within the team as well as in its immediate environment, while supporting the direction taken on departmental and organizational level.
- Excellent coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills.
- Effective communication and people skills in a diverse and inclusive environment
- Certifications such as Kanban Management Professional (KMP), Professional Kanban (PK), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent are a plus.
