The Global Business Services within Human Resources is an organization with 800+ employees, delivering end-to-end HR operations to all SAP locations worldwide from two shared services centers in Prague and Manila.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Local HR Services provides services where unique country support is required while we continue to deliver consistent and standardized services aligned with global initiatives. By combining local labor knowledge and deep process understanding, we are supporting an efficient and compliant HR service delivery.
Local HR Services Team is responsible for resolving employee requests, consulting employees and carrying out operational HR administration across the whole employee life cycle (parts of onboarding, contractual changes and termination process). Local HR Services Associate/Consultant cooperates closely with all other teams within HR. This position is based in SAP Labs Brno as part of the Global HR Service Delivery working as part of the Local HR Services Team.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- Support HR processes along the Employee’s Lifecycle (e.g. Local Onboarding & Orientation, absence management, statements, offboarding)
- Drive welcome session for new hires
- 2nd level case management, 1:1 consultations on personal matters at work
- Partner with HR Director/HR Business Partner, Total Rewards and other HR teams on implementing new services, initiatives and tools
- Working with confidential information such as work contracts, contractual changes, leavers
- Drive continues improvement and innovation
- Focus on process and quality and be part of project teams
WORK EXPERIENCE
- 1+ year of work experience in HR
- Fluent Czech and English
- Shared Service Center knowledge and/or experience is an advantage
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION
- HR education or relevant work experience
- Customer oriented – able to deliver best in class Customer Service
- High level of quality and compliance, able to think outside the box
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines, KPIs and SLAs
- Work well in a team, on own initiative and independently without supervision, must be self-driven and highly motivated
- Excellent MS Office skills
