SAP NS2 Principal Consultant SAP S/4 HANA Supply Chain/Logistics Consultant

ROLE:
- SAP S/4 HANA Supply Chain - Logistics consultant. Must possess configuration level expertise in more than one of the following solution areas: Sales & Distribution (Sales Orders), Discreet Manufacturing and Quality Management, Project Systems, Inventory Management, IBP, EWM/WM or PLM. Candidate must be able to apply experience and knowledge to provide guidance and consult on leading practices in the supply chain domain. Verifiable experience in supporting and advising in a large-scale Supply Chain transformation is required. Experience in Aerospace and Defense Industry and associated SCM business processes configuration preferred.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:
- Principal level knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA and associated skill maintenance through on-going training and project work - Minimum of 10 years of Functional expertise in Supply Chain (SCM) and related SAP capabilities, including but not limited to: IBP, Manufacturing and Quality, and EWM/WM business processes, best practices, and associated configuration knowledge to support the implementation.
- Participation in all phases of testing, script development, issue resolution.
- Ability to build trusted partnerships with clients/customers, provide competent guidance through complex functional and/or technical decisions delivering multiple end-to-end, full implementations
- Design, set-up, and test prototype and production Supply Chain solutions and ensure that all the pieces work together seamlessly. Implementation of blueprinted processes, analytics and strategy management tools in the SAP system.
- Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out supply chain offerings powered by SAP technologies and products.
- Support go live and post go live efforts.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience in SAP S/4 HANA implementations as a Supply Chain and/or logistics resource. ECC experience alone will not meet the requirements of this role.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in requirements gathering, documentation and development.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience using or implementing SAP S/4HANA SCM solutions or any of the listed functionalities above.
- SAP end to end implementations and expert consulting in SCM (ERP and APO), BI and CRM is a plus.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 4-year University degree or equivalent work experience
- English: Fluent
- Travel: 0-100%, depending on customer location; Travel is dependent upon customer requirements. While we don’t expect travel to exceed 50%, there may be customers from time to time who will require full-time on-site presence.
