About the team
The Chief Revenue Office (CRO) Intern will play a key role in supporting the ISBN team's strategic initiatives. This part-time internship will provide a unique opportunity for a rising third or fourth-year business student to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic global organization. You will work closely with our Strategy Associate based in Austin, Texas.

In this role, you’ll:
Expectations & Tasks:
- Customer Success Dashboard Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and create a dashboard showcasing customer success stories and key performance indicators. - Customer Reference Management: Learn to handle customer reference requests, assist in maintaining reference databases, and support the CRO office's efforts to strengthen customer relationships.
- Competitive Intelligence Analysis: Collaborate with the competitive intelligence team to conduct market and competitive analyses, providing valuable insights to inform decision-making.
- Partner Ecosystem Expansion: Assist in expanding our partner ecosystem by working with implementation and deployment partners to foster collaborative relationships.
- Data Storytelling: Develop data storytelling skills, enabling you to effectively convey insights and business trends through data visualization.
- Field Enablement: Support field information management, communication coordination, and organizational chart maintenance, focusing on improving alignment and efficiency across teams, with a focus on optimizing communication channels.
- Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to overall strategic initiatives under the guidance of and in tandem with SAP's Chief Revenue Officer.
Who you are:

Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

- Enthusiastic, motivated, and a quick learner with a strong desire to make a meaningful impact.
Educational Requirements:
- Rising third or fourth-year student - Finance, Marketing, Management, Supply Chain/Procurement majors preferred

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $15-$62 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
