What you’ll do
Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Services Operations
Location: Montreal
Expected start date: January 2024
- Generating detailed reports concerning the financial aspects of professional services and project management. This includes analyzing budgets, and other financial metrics to support decision-making processes.
- Extracting insights that are crucial for strategic planning and operational efficiency using tools like Salesforce and Mavenlink.
- Extensively using Microsoft Excel, while leveraging advanced excel skills to automate tasks and reports, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
- Developing intuitive visualization dashboards. These dashboards will be pivotal in presenting complex data in an easily digestible format for stakeholders.
- Preparing and developing presentations that effectively communicate findings, progress, and strategies.
- Handling multiple ad-hoc requests effectively and supporting the team members.
- Engaging in problem-solving activities. This involves identifying issues in processes or data, conducting thorough research, and proposing effective solutions.
- Collaborating with different teams, as and when needed.
What you bring
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Currently enrolled in a University degree program, available to work 20 hours per week.
- High aptitude for technology with previous knowledge and understanding of Excel.
- Strong analytic skills with high accuracy and attention to detail required.
- Excellent communications skills to enable cross cultural communications.
- Experience in creating visualization dashboards and presentations is an advantage.
- A fast-thinking, high-energy individual having the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Services Operations has a lot of areas of expertise, but we mainly deal with global problems and solutions – anything that is related the entire Services department. We are responsible for management of internal alignment, partner sales and support, employee engagement, customer engagement, and process and toll management, Services pricing calculator and time management tools. Our main goal is to establish and oversee seamless processes, and make all Services members life a bit easier. We are a global team – we have members in United Kingdom, Germany and Austria – so we spend a lot of time together online. As a team we thrive for collaboration and we take pride in solving problems together – we really took the ‘we are one’ value to next level.
