- Continuous Learning and Innovation: Embrace a willingness to learn new technologies and accept design challenges. Be proactive in exploring cutting-edge design trends and techniques.
- User-Centric Approach: Maintain a user-centric mindset while understanding the technical limitations and business perspectives of UI frameworks. Strive to create designs that not only look visually appealing but also deliver an exceptional user experience.
- Concept Visualization and Prototyping: Create visual concepts and prototypes of varying fidelity levels, ensuring that your designs are both aesthetically pleasing and functional.
- 3D Element Design: Designing 3D elements to generate high quality visuals (three.js)
- Asset Creation: Model, unwrap, texture, and render assets, paying careful attention to lighting and scene assembly to achieve stunning visual results.
- Rigging and Simple Animations: Apply rigging and create simple animations to enhance the interactivity and visual appeal of 3D elements.
- Compositing and Post-Processing: Perform basic compositing and post-processing tasks to refine the visual quality of your work.
- Collaborative Work: Collaborate closely with UI developers and project teams to develop solutions that align with project goals. Be proactive in proposing designs and ideas to drive project success.
Qualifications:
- A strong portfolio demonstrating 3D design skills and creative abilities.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software, texture mapping, and rendering tools.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and understanding of technical limitations is a plus
- Experience with animation and rigging in 3D design.
- Basic compositing and post-processing skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
