In this pivotal role, you will lead the development and execution of strategic plans for key marketing events, ensuring seamless alignment with overarching business goals. Your responsibilities include comprehensive oversight of event logistics, timelines, and budgets, involving close collaboration with cross-functional teams. Drive operational efficiency by optimizing marketing processes, utilizing data for strategic decision-making, and effectively managing vendor relationships. Additionally, the role encompasses marketing operations management, overseeing performance and budget for overall SEA marketing activities, contributing significantly to the continuous improvement and overall success of our marketing initiatives
Key Responsibilities & Tasks
Performance & Budget Management
- Support performance management and the successful execution of SEA marketing strategy and plans
- Support spend management processes to ensure alignment of investments with Marketing strategy
- Help give guidance to teams in achieving overall marketing excellence, including adherence to company data privacy and protection policies
- Provide insights into end-to-end performance and ROI analysis of our marketing campaigns and activities
- Provide visibility to insights and leading indicators to enable early course-corrections
- Govern processes to drive standardization across teams
- Help manage the adherence to our marketing budgets and corporate policies and objectives
- Perform analytics and predictive modelling
- Support professional development and training
Event Management & planning
- Oversee the planning and execution of strategic marketing events, managing logistics, timelines, and budgets.
- Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors to support strategic events
- Effectively manage internal and external resources for event success
- Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success against marketing and business objectives.
- Gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement in marketing operations and event planning
Experience & Language Requirements
- Experience & Language Requirements
- Minimum 4-7 years of related experience
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Strong background in event planning, marketing operations, and a passion for delivering impactful experiences
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
