What you'll do
We offer you the opportunity throughout the year to become part of our highly motivated team for SAP Environment, Health and Safety in the form of an working student position and to support us with the following tasks:
- Participation in the conception and development of object-oriented software solutions for the area of environmental or occupational safety.
- Evaluation and verification of new software tools and technology trends, e.g. in the SAP ABAP environment, artificial intelligence, mobile, SAP S/4 HANA Cloud, SAP Business Technology Platform, and much more.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience during your studies and to take on tasks within exciting projects on your own responsibility.
After successful completion, there may be the option of continuing to work as an intern or a follow-up job, e.g. for a bachelor's or master's thesis.
What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: computer science or business information technology
- Knowledge of a programming language is required (Java, Java-Script, ABAP etc.)
- Good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
- Constructive and open communication style, independence and initiative to work on your goals, strong team orientation
- Interest in new technologies

The Research and Development Center in Markdorf is a central SAP development center for sustainability solutions. Our products use the latest SAP cloud technologies to develop innovative solutions. You work hand in hand with experts from various specialist areas, with customers and software developers.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
