What you'll do
- As a member of the development support team for the Intelligent Service Delivery (ISD) Hub, you will work on incidents and feedback created by our internal and external customers.
- You will answer ISD Hub functionality related questions from our internal and external customers in various channels, for example corresponding teams channels.
- You will play a leading role in the alignment with the corresponding development scrum teams.
What you bring
- Excellent university / bachelor’s / master’s degree
- Experience in customer support / development support
- Strong creativity an analytical thinking
- Strong teamwork and customer orientation
- Knowledge of customer service delivery processes / experience in customer service delivery is a plus

The Global CoE Business Process Operations is a team in the Premium Hub CoE within Adoption Services Center. Our team focusses on the development of the Intelligent Service Delivery Hub application to support customer service deliveries within the Cloud Application Lifecycle Management (CALM) which is being built on the latest version of SAP Cloud Platform – Cloud Foundry and is an essential part to deliver the Integrated Enterprise Suite.
