SAP’s Cloud Success Services’ organization delivers all sorts of services to support our customers in their digital transformation to become an intelligent enterprise. We sustain the adoption of SAP software and ensure that our customers can successfully plan, implement, integrate, and operate their software, including continuous improvement, quality management, problem solving and knowledge transfer.
Within the services organization, the Business Transformation Services (BTS) team focuses on driving the digitalization agenda of our customers through advising, designing and supporting the implementation of solutions. Value generation, business process thinking and change management are in BTS’s DNA.
Typical roles you will fulfill as a Customer Experience Architect are:
- Advise customers in defining and planning their roadmap towards the Intelligent Enterprise by using standard SAP processes and content, with a focus on Customer Experience.
- Support customers to accelerate their projects and roadmap execution, by supporting the set-up of Design Authority Boards providing directions and guidance.
- Participate in Design Authority Services delivery to guide and advise customers in the execution of projects and programs.
- (re)Design business, processes and technology designs, by aligning the work of a team of architects.
- In some cases, we assist customers with specific needs in implementations. We assist by providing guidance and advisory in the implementation phase.
- Support out Sales colleagues with business development.
We are looking for a new BTS colleague with the following qualities:
- Expertise in the Customer Experience (CX) domain and experience with SAP solutions and architecture in this domain or extensive Lead-to-Cash process insights
- A genuine passion for driving client success and delivering business outcomes through technology by becoming the trusted advisor at C-level from a business and technology perspective
- A collaborative networker to build an external and internal network, who does not shy away from a complex matrix organization or challenging client engagements
- A curious mind to stays abreast with newest developments driving the digital transformation as well as the top business trends; uses this knowledge to drive the SAP innovation story with customer engagements
- Expertise in process optimization, business case building, IT architecture and roadmap design. Defines the strategic, conceptual and organizational boundaries for the design of the SAP-centric IT landscape and having an eye for the change impact on the processes and people in the organization
- Sales savvyness: proactively finding opportunities, pitching on C-level and support sales trajectories. Influences SAP’s customers to maximize their investment into SAP solutions and effectively increasing cloud adoption
- A hands-on mentality to troubleshoots key customer issues when required and the ability to drive to successful resolution.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Minimal Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Current knowledge of IT trends and their impact on business strategies with specific focus on the latest SAP solutions
- Excellent (written and verbal) communication and presentation skills (in English; Dutch is a plus)
- Leadership skills to create a vision and put this into action with a team
DESIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
We are looking for a balance of the following:
- At least 5 years of relevant and extensive business process experience
- Significant experience in developing business in management consulting or system integration
- Broad experience of SAP's portfolio and at least with depth for one line-of-business (e.g. marketing, sales, services) or industry solutions
- Development of business benefit cases for securing investment in major IT programs
LOCATION: This role is based in the Netherlands and we are not able to consider candidates that require a relocation.
