SAP University Alliances is a program which enables faculty to bring the latest SAP software and SAP University Alliances curriculum into classrooms and academic research, to better prepare the next generation designers, developers, data scientists, makers, entrepreneurs and business leaders for the intelligent enterprise. What you’ll do:
- Position title: SAP Intern - University Alliances
- Location: Singapore
- Expected start and end date: January 2024 to May 2024
- Working hours: Full time (5days/week) availability

Expectations and Tasks
- The primary focus of the SAP University Alliances in Singapore (“UA”) will be to support the SAP University Alliances (UA) for Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) and the UA team in APJ to build the SAP UA network of academic thought leaders and researchers, faculties and students to drive SAP UA memberships and services in the Asia Pacific & Japan (APJ) for talent development.
- The UA IWSP will support the UA team to coordinate and report on key university program and initiatives like driving take up of the SAP Learning.com, Student Zone and SAP student certification. Hence, will need to drive activities like webinar/campaign to get more students to take up this initiative.
- The UA IWSP will strongly support the SAP UA team in planning and executing many UA events including collaborating with student clubs in key universities across the region, the annual SAP Academic Community Conference APJC 2024 in July, ERPsim Student Competitions across the region, student and academic visits to SAP office/SAP Experience Center Singapore etc. The student will also need to drive the social media campaign to ensure that all the events are fully publicized before and after the event.

Education and Qualifications/ Skills and Competencies:
Required skills
- Experience in planning, coordinating and executing both physical and virtual events
- Experience in analysis and using tools to help UA Manager gain insight on the state of the UA program.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills and social media skills.
- Study concentrations in business, technology and/or entrepreneurship preferred.
- Good exposure to the latest technology and how they can help businesses/enterprises. Knowledge on SAP will be a plus.
