Role Description:
The Cloud Technical Business Specialist will be responsible for maintaining base-level knowledge of SAP and partner software solutions and will be an active participant in supporting the entire sales lifecycle strategy.
A Cloud Technical Business Specialist will interact with the NS2 architecture team, supporting teams (including operations, engineering, pre-sales, marketing, and customer success), and prospective and existing customers through meetings, solution presentations, and follow-up discussions. The primary role of the Cloud Technical Business Specialist is to help develop and support the SAP NS2 Cloud Portfolio across the different operational lines which include architecture, hyperscalers, Product Launch, and technical teams. This involves gaining a deep understanding of the business needs driving the change into the offerings, designing accompanying presentations, preparing architecture diagrams, and crafting design documentation and white papers to contribute to the SAP NS2 portfolio strategies. In addition to offering support, the Cloud Technical Business Specialist collaborates with the SAP global product/solution management teams to plan and execute business development strategies.
This is a fast-paced environment and a nimble, results-oriented team who is looking for someone that is detail oriented and brings a positive attitude, ready to embrace the opportunity to work on high-profile projects.
Offering Support:

Compose and deliver solution presentations covering the cloud portfolio. These presentations will be primarily to the internal technical and presales teams in the field. The presentations must articulate the solution, architectural design, differentiate SAP NS2, and leave a strong and positive impression on the audiences.

Ability to communicate, document and rollout solution innovation and architecture.

Gather and collaborate with multiple teams across different lines of business to create consistent, clean, and organized content.

Personalization of content to ensure delivery of a simple, appealing, and compelling customer presentation.

Demonstrate knowledge of SAP solutions and Regulated Industries and maintain credibility with prospective stakeholders.

Prepare white papers and content creation in support of customer needs.

Ability to effectively present to stakeholders “remotely” using virtual technologies.

Effectively leverage additional teams who are there to support advisor’s success. (engineering, operations, and product management).

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 64,400 - 146,400 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
