Job Description

The opportunity: 

In this role, the HR Business Partner will be responsible to provide both operational and strategic support to the organisation.  You will play a vital role in the experience of our employees through the entire employee journey by working closely with leaders across our business to align people and strategy. Our HR Business Partner will assess, coach and influence the business as we scale and evolve to enable our teams to accomplish amazing things. 

As an Easygenerator HR Business Partner you will:  

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals 
  • Be the trusted advisor and go to person for the organisation, from employees to leadership, providing expert advice, guidance and leading on all aspects of HR  
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance 
  • Conduct engagement surveys and follow up with actions on issues raised by partnering with relevant stakeholders to implement strategies for employee engagement and retention 
  • Support and facilitate total compensation and benefits structure  
  • Ensure visa and legal compliance with local labour requirements, including creating and maintain employee records and ensuring the reliability of employment contracts 
  • Lead, manage and develop our proactive HR Assistant based in Dubai 
  • Be an advocate with initiatives, enhancing our company culture and values, such as wellbeing, volunteer days and local events 

Qualifications

Our ideal HR Business Partner will have:  

  • 3+ years of proven human resources experience in business partnering/HR advisory, within a fast paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation 
  • Excellent communication & analytical skills  
  • A people oriented and results driven mindset 
  • A positive, can-do, attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves 
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
