Job Overview:
SAP Concur is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented person to work on our global website personalization and testing program. Working with multiple stakeholders across the organization, this person will be responsible for planning, sourcing, reviewing, and publishing personalized content and experiences related to company size, journey stage, geolocation, etc. across multiple sites for our key target audiences. You will have a hand in designing program strategy, creating, and maintaining a personalization content calendar, tracking and optimizing program KPIs, and reporting on program progress to stakeholders. We’re looking for a team member who can take both a creative and data-driven approach. Experience working closely with web development, content, design, or events teams is a plus.
This position is based in Bellevue, WA.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage the end-to-end personalization process for multiple global websites including requirements gathering, implementation, measurement, and next-step recommendations to drive measurable increases in conversion rates and revenue.

Collaborate with stakeholders to align on strategy, vision, execution, and enablement including the definition of metrics and KPIs that will be used to measure success. Effectively lead personalization conversations in markets around the world to maximize their business impact at scale, while being aware of cultural differences and local needs.

Investigate and assess customer behavior across the funnel, identify 'pain points', and work closely with our design and UX team to create personalized experiences that deliver value to our prospects and customers.

Develop and implement strategies to optimize personalization efforts, constantly seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to personalized experience to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

Work side-by-side with the A/B testing manager to identify potential test conflicts and work with other teams to mitigate impacts, especially as it relates to our personalization efforts.

Collaborate with content, design, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding across all personalized experiences.

Communicate program updates effectively at multiple levels, from tactical program management conversations to broader readouts to stakeholders and executives.
QUALIFICATIONS

1-3 years of experience in web content, digital personalization, targeting and segmentation, data analysis, insights, or reporting.

Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data in a way that leads to actionable strategies.

Proficient in personalization and testing tools such as Adobe Target, DemandBase or Adobe Analytics

Proven experience in executing personalized experiences across multiple sites.

Strong understanding of user experience principles and best practices.

Strong communication skills.

Highly organized with the ability to multi-task with multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Ability to work both independently and cohesively as a team player to find ways to uncover opportunities.

Some experience or knowledge of A/B testing, testing solutions, and measurement.

Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, communications, business, or related field, or comparable experience.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 64,400-146,400 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
