What you’ll do:
Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Partner Support Specialist
Location: São Leopoldo, RS
Expected start date: October, 2024
- Provide operational and administrative support to SAP Partners across their partnership lifecycle.
- Ability to be flexible in the approach to support SAP Partners in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Contribute to drive Partner self-sufficiency by promoting digital assets available to them, and deliver enablement services on demand.
- Handle level 1 partner escalations effectively, by reaching out to stakeholders and internal teams and following up for successful issue resolution.

The Partner Services Hub – Partner Support, provides a high class support experience to SAP partners and offers a range of specialized support services focused on the success of the SAP partner ecosystem.
The Partner Support Specialist Intern is a partner facing role, mainly responsible for managing the partner support queue and for being the first line responder of queries coming from SAP Partners across support channels: tickets, chat, phone. Their primary goal is to handle a high volume of partner queries in an efficient way, providing quality support within expected SLAs. They can also act as contributors to internal projects based on business demands, personal interests and development needs.
