PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Within SAP Adoption Service Center, we are looking for an experienced Business Process Consultant with deep and proven experience in delivering successful E2E Customer Centric projects in the area of Oil & Gas.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks
As a Techno-Functional consultant, you must possess deep product expertise/business experience and the ability to lead implementation/development projects.
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects for SAP logistics solutions in the Oil & Gas sector, including but not limited to, Materials Management (MM), Plant Maintenance (PM), and Supply Chain Management (SCM).
- Collaborate with client teams to gather business requirements, perform gap analyses, and design effective SAP solutions that align with industry best practices.
- Finalize at least one oil and gas full implementation as a TSW or TD consultant.
- Supporting SAP’s Oil & Gas industry customers with the implementation of optimized processes
- Collaboration with development / supporting projects for new SAP developments for the Oil &Gas industry when required.
- Project Bid support – Support to build the estimations for new projects/opportunities.
- Close cooperation with the global Oil & Gas Hub teams regarding knowledge-sharing and support Business development activities
- Ensure usage of newest technology, focusing on TCO and ROI – when enhancing industry solutions and services
- Supporting the Ramp-Up of new SAP products at our clients of in the Oil & Gas, sector and ensuring knowledge transfer to partners and customers
Soft Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills in remote and on-site modes. The ability to present and discuss strategies and technical information in a professional manner that establishes rapport, persuades others, and establishes understanding for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Meeting Moderation and workshop facilitation in remote and on-site modes
- Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation
- Contribute to a functional or business-related community.
- Pro-active support of Knowledge Management and Innovation activities
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & LANGUAGES
- University degree – minimum bachelor’s level, master’s level preferred
- Minimum Job Experience: 03-6 Years
- Fluency in English
- Extensive experience as an SAP consultant, with a focus on logistics modules within the Oil & Gas industry.
- SAP certification in relevant logistics modules is a plus.
- Knowledge of specialized solutions for Oil & Gas, such as Hydrocarbon Product Management (HPM) or Joint Venture Accounting (JVA).
- Familiarity with SAP integration technologies and tools.
