Job Overview
We are hiring a Digital Transformation Leader to help shape the future of digital lead flow with Partners. This is a marketing role that blends operational skills along with digital marketing best practices for scaling a cloud business. In this role, you will define how customers discover partner offerings in their digital buying journey. Working with stakeholder teams you will define a strategy for programs that capture customers opportunities, including how they are identified, scored, routed and tracked with Partners. You will work in tandem with engineering, marketing, and product teams to transform how Partner Marketing can help drive the best results with and through partners at scale. Critical to your success will be close coordination and partnership with various worldwide, segment, and region teams, as well as with other business groups that have marketing campaigns with partners. You will be data driven and able to find ‘signal’, no matter how faint where we need to head to build a world class digital demand platform.
Responsibilities
- Define corporate account digital marketing activities possible to increase our cloud subscription businesses.
- Develop strategy for how Partners intersect with our customer journey on owned & operated properties.
- Establish key metrics and develop/maintain marketing scorecard to recommend or amend marketing strategies and programs.
- Strong business acumen and experience in Go-to-market and Sales strategies.
- Build a strategic plan and land support with executives and share progress against the plan and track performance.
- Build an action plan which includes operational decisions, recommended organizational structures which ensure delivery against strategy of Global Partner Marketing.
- Foster a disciplined marketing planning approach which synthesizes internal and external data sources to uncover insights across co-marketing plans.
Qualifications
- College degree (MBA/Masters preferred) 10+ years of relevant work experience in B2B marketing or business planning.
- Experience Managing employees with a track record of attracting and growing talent.
- Strong understanding and experience in online/digital marketing tactics.
- An owner personality. You’re biased toward action and can work to corral cross functional teams toward your goal.
- A growth hacker who has experience building plans which accelerate business outcomes with new methods.
- Strong time and project management skills with proven track record of successfully running multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communications, writing and presentation skills, as well as having demonstrated analytical abilities

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 140,400 - 320,800 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
