What you´ll do
As a member of the EMEA South TA team, you will learn all aspects of the recruiting function. From strategy and planning to execution.
You will work directly with the EMEA South TA manager as well as supporting in daily recruitment activities with the wider team.
You will own and drive monthly data collection. Support in creating interesting and compelling presentations to the business.
Support the team with recruitment activities like: market mapping, role posting, candidate searches, interview guide production.
Over time you have the opportunity to manage the full recruitment cycle from start to finish.
What you bring
- You are a student (f/m/d) at a University, who is close to the graduation or recent graduate up to 6 months
- A thoughtful and organised approach
- A creative skill in putting together interesting presentations
- A drive and passion for the technology industry
- Microsoft Powerpoint skills
- Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent communications skills
- Fluent in English and Portuguese - written and spoken
