The North America SAP Digital Hub Regional Leader is the driving force behind cohesive, end-to-end customer experience of SAP Digital, our go-to-market motion that leverages digital modalities and innovations, automation, and digital mindset.
A Digital Hub is the mechanism to deliver on SAP’s Digital vision working with digital-native talent and leveraging world-class digital capabilities, tools, and processes. The Hub is an ecosystem of co-located cross-functional teams, providing digital customer experiences efficiently, at scale, and with velocity.
The purpose of Digital Hubs is to accelerate SAP´s growth and transformation to a Cloud company by exponentially broadening our market reach. We aim to do this by the design and execution of a digital-first business model focused on scalable, repeatable practices. These experiences will be executed by Sales, Sales
Support and Post-Sales business units through the Hubs to:
- Drive opportunity demand and fulfillment digitally
- Globally streamline operations and drive consistency and economies of scale, serving more addressable customers through the digital motion
- Deploy digital motion across all stages of the customer lifecycle including adoption and value realization
- Fuel our talent pipeline, creating an innovative, agile, and growth-oriented environment for digital and diverse talent
The Leader is accountable for the execution and adoption of all Digital Functions within a Digital Hub to achieve revenue, profitability, and customer success through the SAP Digital Operating Model.
What you will do
Digital Hub Operations
- Understand and champion Digital core operations processes, tools, and services including but not limited to: Go-to-Market, Sales Planning, Demand Management, Deal Execution, Forecasting, Performance Management & Analysis and defined Operations Services.
- Monitor and take necessary measures to maintain and fulfill appropriate capacity requirements of Digital Functions to support the North America regional GTM strategy.
- Drive execution of Digital Operating Model across all functions within Digital Hub; advance adoption of established blueprint according to harmonized portfolio of functions and services
- Facilitate alignment and effective communication within revenue generating, revenue enabling teams, and internal/external key partners/customers and promptly resolves any conflict to encourage synergies.
- Identify needs and opportunities within the Hub where collaboration beyond organizational borders with external communities would be beneficial; drive broader enablement, scale, and coverage for related services
- Embody a continuous improvement mindset to drive and create new efficiencies and simplification across data, application, and reporting tools, tasks, and projects. Contribute findings as feedback to Global Digital Operating model
Programs and Portfolio Management
- Defines, leads, and enables execution of large-scale projects and programs through direct and indirect reports and teams at Hub level.
- Delivers on team objectives and programs championing SAP strategy and operational excellence, while looking at impact and opportunities beyond team and organization.
People Management
- As a people manager, you are responsible for supporting the success of not only your direct reports, but the success of all employees within the larger organization covered by the Digital Operating Model by helping identify development paths that help Talent to achieve their aspirations.
- Act as a role model by coaching and recognizing your direct reports and providing just-in-time feedback and expecting the same of your direct reports.
- Adhere to and execute in line with SAP's leadership principles to recruit, develop, and retain talent; build, motivate, and grow the team; coach and facilitate collaborative execution.
- Connects strategy to execution and creates the respective links for team members.
What you will bring
- 10+ years of professional working experience in inside sales or post sales in a digital motion
- Experience in defining and scaling new businesses
- Prior people management experience necessary
- English: Level 3: Fluent (Able to fluently understand and communicate verbally and in writing)

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 327,300 - 556,400 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
