Global Graphics in collaboration with BPM,sale/ presales, and other cross-functional stakeholders work closely to develop compelling next-generation premium services and build scalable models to enhance customer experience, outcomes, and engagement velocity. As Global Graphic Services (GSS) team, we support
- deal execution activities of revenue generating and revenue enabling organizations.
- internal strategic and communications design work for global/regional executives
- build a gamut of assets from Microsites, PowerPoints, Videos, Storyboards, Gifs, Infographics, EDMs, Brochures etc. in Print, Digital and Web/Mobile medium, to persuade and win new business.
We are looking for a talented, multi-faceted Graphic Designer to join us.
The Role:
The role of a graphic designer is to deliver solutions and services such as presentations, brand-standard templates, proposals, reports, sales-related and other corporate collaterals. The designer should be able to balance creative work, deadlines, and quality, to produce impactful visual messaging that differentiates SAP from its competition, while adhering to corporate brand standards.
The candidate is expected to
- Provide graphics assistance for
− Executive presentations and proposals
− Primary support on deal centric, customer facing material incl. banners, trifolds, brochures, posters, infographics etc.
− Secondary support on marketing, events, social media graphics as well as other strategic internal SAP groups.
- Produce quality graphics work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and client expectations for creativity, accuracy, and attention to details.
- Format and/or create all assets in compliance with corporate brand guidelines and standards including:
− Researches and utilizes appropriate industry-specific imagery
− Leverages corporate and/or industry specific templates from SAP and/ or licensed online resources
− Designs and creates graphics that accompany text (i.e., charts, graphs, or tables etc.)
- Discuss and determine layout designs for unstructured information and content into a convincing response
- Assess customer need, meet quality standards for services, and evaluate customer satisfaction
- Complete associated administrative tasks like maintaining and archiving final deliverables
Role Requirements
- College/University degree preferred with 1 to 3+ years of relevant industry experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Word
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud / Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Premier and After Effects)
- Production of quality videos using industry standard video editing tools, animations, and motion design
- Ability to pitch creative ideas and concepts, and work on different platforms while simultaneously recognizing the integrity of SAP brand
- Awareness of current design trends and a strong eye for design and layouts
- Ability to follow directions, manage multiple tasks, meet stringent deadlines, and respond to urgent requests in a positive manner
- Strong organizational and time management skills. Capable of working autonomously with minimal guidance and supervision, handling short deadlines and multiple tasks
- Ability to work within a global team while focusing on specific geographical priorities
- Team player with positive mindset, strong written and oral communications with good interpersonal skills.
- Print production experience and knowledge is a plus
