What you'll do
As an SAP HXM Payroll Associate Functional Consultant, you will:
- Participate in initial training and acquire certifications in SAP Cloud HCM products, technologies, and methodologies.
- Support and participate in SAP customer implementations through the Prepare, Realize, Verify, and Launch phases, ensuring a high degree of customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to best practices and standards to create the technical design for the implementation based on the Solution Design Document provided by the LOB consultant.
- Perform application configuration using the tools and features of the product, such as rules, workflows, etc.
- Conduct Quality Assurance/Feasibility services.
- Master and maintain detailed knowledge of SAP Cloud HCM product-suite configuration options.
- Liaise with field consultants and offshore teams for project delivery, bridging the gap for localization knowledge and time-zone difference.
- Collaborate with LOB Consultants and offshore teams to complete implementation projects within budget and time, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and adoption.
- Guide and provide assistance to team members nearshore and offshore on a variety of topics.
- Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, manage multiple tasks, work in a team environment, understand and be responsive to project and customer needs.
What you bring
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field is required.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience (including internships) in a corporate environment is required.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (including verbal, written presentation, and listening) is required.
- Completion of SAP courses or project work through academics is preferred.
- Basic understanding of HCM Functional Knowledge, XML, SQL, and an understanding of relational database concepts is preferred.
- SAP Payroll Functional Knowledge is preferred.
- Prior experience involving client/customer interaction is preferred.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 44,100 - 98,400 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
