However, this journey will only be successful through the adoption and use of these solutions and our Change Advisory practice has this as our fundamental goal.
We are looking for a senior, experienced and passionate person to join our Business Transformation Change Advisory team and help drive stakeholder engagement and user adoption, from the most senior business sponsors at the C-Suite level, to all impacted employees and stakeholders.
This role will be responsible for driving our customer's transformation in line with their business strategies and value drivers. Through designing and delivering SAP’s Change Advisory frameworks, upskilling client teams and supporting the transformation programs, we are able to deliver the ultimate end-goal of achieving an enhanced and sustainable digitized future, focusing on people, process and systems.
Focusing on advising and supporting the entire SAP transformation journey, from planning, through implementation and finally embedding sustainable new ways of working, this role requires a high degree of change management expertise and experience. This needs to be combined with an ability to advise and support business executives and partners on the optimal approach to driving outstanding SAP implementation, value realization and continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will also be able to articulate best practice training and adoption strategies, leveraging capability from the SAP enablement product suite, including Enable Now and Success Factors.
Core tasks include:
Act as a Change Advisor to our clients to lead them towards their digital future by providing holistic advice and guidance. Focus on the implementation of their technology roadmap and the subsequent adoption of their SAP solutions and new ways of working.
Assess the as-is situation as well as the business goals of the customer and provide a structured path towards overall organisational transformation, as well as the relevant operational approach required for the implementation. Validates and optimizes the approach for maximum customer success.
Drive organisational change management across the transformation program. Translate the desired target organisation structure, operating model and SAP solution landscape of the customer into actionable people-related activities for the implementation journey.
Maintain key relationships with Customer Business and Technology Leaders to jointly design the solution end-state and required Services / Solutions to be implemented.
Engage senior Customer Management to create, deploy and lead a Sponsors Coalition and Change Agent Network to support and embed the delivery of the new SAP solutions across the organization.
Lead the change activities, from initial assessment to change and adoption strategies and plans, determining impact assessments, supporting the engagement and communication activities and leaving a legacy of Change Management capabilities behind.
Coordinate with the different Services roles within the SAP ecosystem (Consultants, Project Managers, etc.) as well as Development and Sales experts where appropriate for delivery of the resources to implement the customer's roadmaps.
Work closely with Customer Stakeholders to ensure a readiness to adopt the new solutions, a successful transition to business operations, and a support model established for sustainable transformation.
Accountability
Define and drive the transformation agenda in relation to customer strategy and prioritise with a focus on people, processes and systems underpinned by comprehensive change management.
Manage all Organizational Change Management components within a fully integrated SAP project schedule, defining and monitoring key deliverables.
Ensure that goals and milestones are met and approved budgets are managed appropriately.
Manage expertise ensuring business critical & innovative results
Responsible for delivery of outcomes of complex and innovative functional issues integrating client needs with strategic business goals of the function and financial objectives
Make the process and functional decisions and recommendations of a broad nature
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key decision-makers in customer & partner organizations
Lead and supervise a team lead within an integrated transformational program team as required
Experience
Extensive professional experience in the change and transformation of complex SAP implementations
Professional qualifications in ProSci Change Management or similar frameworks
Working knowledge of project management frameworks and, ideally some exposure to SAP Activate Methodology
Previous work on complex technical projects or business issues requiring strong technical knowledge
Communication
Represent SAP to customers - is responsible for delivery of quality outcomes of projects of high volume or high risk
Position SAP Services and Software to customers
Provide clear guidance and advisory services to the customer and partners and challenge embedded thinking when appropriate.
Find common ground for cooperation within a project team to achieve the strategy outcomes and priority value drivers.
Formulate clear project plans incl., milestones, timelines and sub-projects
Communicate messages relevant to each project in a timely manner and with constructive feedback to the project team
Capture opinions and expectations of stakeholders and communicate them to the project tea
