Role Overview:
The Junior Marketing Execution, Communications Manager and Executive Assistant will be a core member of the Regional EMEA North field marketing team. This is a dual role, working alongside the EMEA North VP for Marketing for all internal communication, as well as an executive assistant managing the calendar, meetings and travel. The second part of this role will entail working with the regional marketing team as well as other regional stakeholders to create and execute on campaigns and events to attract the attention of new buyers and influencers, build demand and influence existing pipeline through direct and partner engagement.
Operational responsibilities
Main responsibilities will involve:
Campaign management:
• Executing campaigns across all marketing channels including digital marketing, events, webinars, email marketing, content, account-based marketing etc.
• Monitor, track, and report campaign results to ensure they align with the KPIs
• Collaborate closely with cross functional teams (Sales, Industry Advisors, Centre of Excellence (CoE), Presales, etc) to support and rollout campaigns and activities
• Work closely with regional Field Marketing Lines of Businesses (LoB’s) and Industry leads as well as with the extended country specific marketing teams whee required, internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors
• Prepare internal communications, presentations, and materials
• Support the marketing team in campaign activities including data analytics, reporting & other administrative tasks
• Develop communication activities and promotional assets (i.e. organic social posts, homepage banners, internal announcement/update mails, executive presentations, go live and customer case studies, etc.)
Communication and Executive Assistance:
• Create and present executive-level communications including presentations and talking points tailored for senior leaders
• Execute captivating events such as all-hands meetings, Q&As, and face-to-face events. This includes logistics, promotion, and content creation
• Manage content and maintain internal communications platforms, primarily Sharepoint.
• Prepare internal reports to provide valuable insights and data
• Calendar Management
