What you will do
The Agile Consultant is:
- working as a Scrum Master and is responsible for promoting and supporting Agile by helping the teams understand agile theory, practices, and values
- a 'servant-leader' for the Product Owner and the Development Team: removes impediments on team-level and shields the team from interferences
- a buffer between the team and any distracting influences. Helps teams to evolve to high performing, self-organized agile teams
- helping the Product Owner find techniques for effective product backlog management and knows how to arrange the product backlog in a way that ensures the needed work
- well understood so the team can continually make forward progress and maximize value
- Facilitating all Scrum events and ensures the Scrum framework is followed
- Teaching the Agile Team in agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum)
- encouraging continuous improvement
- responsible for the visibility of team commitments and progress through use of metrics
- Promoting collaboration and interactions within the team
- supporting agile team transformations
- part of a great & growing scaled agile team
What you bring:
- Bachelor or Master
- 1-3 years working with agile
- Background in Software Development Lifecycle
- Familiarity with Agile Software Engineering Practices
- Good knowledge of JIRA
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced level in English on a professional level is mandatory
- The following experience would provide an advantage: - working with SAFe framework - knowledge of SAP Cloud products - MURAL
