The Business Area Controlling (BAC) Engineering team is an integral part of the Global Controlling team, responsible for actively managing the P&L for the technology and development units and acting as a business partner for its leaders. As we strive to strengthen our support for the business unit, we are seeking a proactive and driven intern or working student to join our team.

What you'll do
- Assist in driving master data compliance.
- Support Controllers in various activities, including quarter-end closing, forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting.
- Contribute to cost analysis, monitor Purchase Orders, update analysis, and manage Internal Orders.
- Be involved in managing the financial performance of engineering units and participate in specific projects.
- Proactively interact and communicate with team members, managers, and internal customers in an international environment.

What you bring
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field at a university or university of applied sciences (1-2 years of studies remaining).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Czech is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Highly detail-oriented and analytical.
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
- Organized, focused, and results driven.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Prior experience in Finance & Controlling would be advantageous.
